BA with TLS and SSL protocol experience required in MN !!!

SUPERVALU Eden Prairie, MN Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager     Sr. Business Analyst/IT Project Manager  Client needs someone with TLS and SSL protocol experience.  This role is tied to PCI compliance... they will be working with TLS ad SSL protocols and can gather requirements and lead the project.  Having knowledge of the various tools and systems that would use this protocol is a plus" This resource will drive and manage project requirements, requirements gathering and providing some guidance. additionally, the hope is that this candidate can drive efforts from a technical standpoint."  Previous experience and understanding of IT infrastructure, transmission protocols, and PCI is needed.  Problem resolution and process improvement are additional skills that would be very helpful.   Lead one or more projects that cross over multiple functional areas, including both the business and IT.  Perform data discovery to help determine the scope of the effort, identify the areas impacted, track and manage the efforts from each area impacted.  Ability to manage and work with people across multiple functional areas.  Perform project coordination activities.  Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and team members.  Collaborate with the teams when determining the best   DELIVERABLES: (Summary of high-level tasks for this engagement) Perform data discovery to help determine the scope of the effort, identify the areas impacted, track and manage the efforts from each area impacted. Qualifications Needed: *         Business Systems Analyst (Required) *         IT Project Manager (Preferred) *         Certifications (Preferred): CBAP, PCIP, ISA, CISSP, PMP *         Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
